Team Read, the Summer Reading ChallengeTM welcomes your visit to our website and wishes you to be clear about what it implies both for us and for you.

Using the Team Read logo when linking to the Team Read website

Copying the Team Read logo for use on another website is permitted without asking specific permission provided that you link to the home page of the Team Read website www.teamread.co.uk. You must include an Alt Tag with the image which says "Team Read, the Summer Reading Challenge in Libraries"

Using the Team Read logo in documents or publications

If you visit the Team Read website, we automatically gather and store the following information about your visit in so that we can track the use of our website in order to make improvements:

What happens to the information collected?

The Team Read Summer Reading ChallengeTM will not make any attempt to identify individual users or their particular browsing activities. The information above is stored and used in the aggregate only, in order to provide us with information about the general use of our site. We analyse our log files in order to make improvements to the site: for example if we find that some pages are rarely or never visited, we may decide to remove or rewrite them.

What are cookies?

We will only collect personal information which you knowingly and willingly provide, by sending in a message to the Blogs and Message Board sections or sending emails to the info@readingagency.org.uk address for specific queries. The interactive sections of the site aimed at children (Blogs and Message Board) do not collect children's e-mail addresses.
